Welcome to the Nose Creek Swim Association Electronic Registration platform for our upcoming swim season! We are pleased to offer electronic processing and registration. The process is simple for both new and returning members. You'll get access to your own private account that will enable you easily declare for swim meets, sign-up for jobs, see your children's swim times histories, maintain your own contact information, and more.
The Competetive program has special volunteer requirements and Fund-Raising commitments. As you progress through these forms, depending on which program you are Registering for, you may or may not be required to provide additional cheques.

Competitive Swimmers 2010/2011 Information Package

We trust you will find this package informative and clear in terms of what the Nose Creek Swim Association (NCSA) expects of Swimmers and Parents. Just as we must make a commitment to you, you must make a commitment to NCSA. The entire Club depends on volunteers like you. General Information
Annual Membership and Registration Fees this season is $80 per swimmer to NCSA. The Swim Canada/Swim Alberta Fee this year is $140.00 The total Registration fee is $220.00 Swim Alberta had to raise fees this year due to some program cuts. This motion was passed at a special meeting conveined in July. You may do this in person to Shelley Trimble at Thornhill, Mel Hays or Kelvin Smith at Airdrie or by mail to:

Mailed Registration Packages must be postmarked by September 2, 2010
Only those swimmers registered by Sept 2, 2010 will secure a position for the 2010/2011 season. After this date, Registration is open to the General Public.
Please do not wait until September to Register; we have limited pool space and we cannot reserve a place for your swimmer without your commitment. The Club’s Membership keeps growing; pool space does not. Please contact Shelley Trimble via email ncsa.equipment@gmail.com if your swimmer will not be returning.
A Registration desk will be set up at Airdrie Pool on September 7th (5:00) and Thornhill Pool on September 8 (4:30) where you can drop off deposit cheques for Bottle drives, Casino, and Swim-a-thon. This will also be a place to drop off your post dated cheques, if you have not already mailed them in.
On September 25th, there will be a MANDATORY parents meeting from 1:00-3:00 PM - Please refer to the event calander for location and directions if required.
Training Season
Regular training for all Competitive Swimmers starts on Monday, September 13, 2010. Morning workouts, including Saturday mornings, will start during the first week of October. Regular season for all other Competitive Squads ends on Friday, June 25, 2011.
Swim Fees
Swim fees may be paid in full with a cheque dated 15 September, 2010 or paid monthly via post dated cheques. For those paying the full season, a credit equal to 5% will go directly to your meet account.
Post-Dated Cheques
Please ensure all cheques are signed and dated. Post-dated cheques for fees are to be dated for the 15th of each month from September 2010 up to and including June 2011. Please remember to use the year 2011 for the cheques from January to June! There are a lot of cheques to write. You may need to order more cheques!
Competitive Multi-Swimmer Family Discount
Families with more than one Competitive Swimmer are eligible to receive a 10% discount for the second Swimmer and a 25% discount for a third or fourth Swimmer.

ICS Registration Start
Welcome to all I Can Swim swimmers and families to another great swim season.
Annual membership this year is $60.00.

Assessment weeks starts September 7. at 5:00 (Airdrie) and 4:30 (Thornhill) If you are new to our club and need to have your swimmer assessed to ensure proper placement in the program. Once you have completed initial Registration, you will be notified about assesment appointments the week of September 7.
With our flexible ICS program, we can accommodate more swimmers at different times. If you know of anyone who is interested in our program, we would greatly appreciate it if you would forward along this email or pass along our contact information.
