Registration
Registration is done on an annual basis to ensure the best
allocation of available resources and planning.
General Guidelines
• Registration packages are sent to all returning swimmers
prior to the season commencing.
• A general registration night is held in September.
• Registration nights are organized at both club pools prior
to the season starting for both returning swimmers and new
swimmers.
• Registration information is posted on the
Association’s website at http://ncsaswim.ca/
• Registration verification regarding swimmers squad, times
are forwarded to the membership prior to the season starting.
Fees
Annual swim fees are charged for each swimmer and are based on the
squad which the swimmer is placed. Other fees associated with meets
are charged in accordance to the registration of those meets.
General Guidelines
• Annual fees are payable in full by the commencement of the
season or by monthly instalments.
• Multi swimmer families are eligible for a discount on
annual fees.
• The annual fee includes registration with Swim Alberta, and
SNC.
• Annual fees cover general operational costs and do not
include fees for meets.
• Fees do not cover hotel, meals, or transportation costs for
out of town meets. These are the responsibility of the
swimmers’ family.
• Surcharges apply per swimmer for out of town meets to help
cover coaches’ and chaperone expenses.
